About

My journey has one throughline: continuous improvement, in service of people.

Throughout my journey I have been driven by a deep commitment to continuous improvement and the human system. No matter which organization I serve, my purpose remains the same: to partner with teams as they embark on their journey, mentoring them on good practices (agile, lean or project management), understanding what success metrics look like, while fostering safe spaces for collaboration, growth, and meaningful connection.

I began as a chemist, grew into a project manager, then a Scrum Master, and today I coach across the enterprise. The tools have changed. The commitment has not - help people, and the delivery follows.

I am devoted to helping teams deliver product effectively and efficiently with metrics-based improvements, while flourishing as human systems. With a growth mindset, I evangelize methodologies that fit the organization, facilitate Product kickoffs to build shared understanding, and co-create Communities of Practice through Lean Coffees, Change Agent Cohorts, and workshop facilitation.

Today I focus on integrating AI thoughtfully into ways of working - not to replace people, but to give teams more room for the work only humans can do: connect, decide, and grow.

I take pride in guiding organizations toward environments where people, processes, and performance thrive together.

No Patience For
